Production time and Shipping time
We ship exclusively to customers in the USA. All products are printed and shipped from our partners in the United States, ensuring that no additional fees, duties, or cross-border expenses will apply to your order since our business operates from Canada.

Average Production time
· for for non-personalized products 2 – 5 business days
· for personalized products 2 - 7 business days

Average Shipping time
· USA Standard shipping time (UPS & USPS): 2-5 business days
Flat rate $ 11.50 / free shipping over $ 90.00 total order value
· USA Priority shipping time (FedEx): 1-2 business days
Flat rate $ 15.50 / free shipping over $ 90.00 total order value

All production and shipping times stated above are average and can fluctuate occasionally for various reasons, including larger volumes of packages processed than normal, or delays to customs processing.
Please be aware, that each piece we are selling is made to order by hand, and there is always a small chance that production may take longer. Also holidays and busier seasons can extend production time frames.
Once an item leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, the shipping process is the responsibility of the carrier. Once a package is in the carrier network, we are unable to fulfil requests such as redirecting packages, recalling.
If you have any issues with shipping, you should contact the carrier directly, as we are unable to contact them on your behalf.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

We are asking you to always include your email & phone number at the checkout because for example a typo, even a single letter or number in your name, address or zip code can dramatically halt a package. Having contact information on standby to ask for confirmation can help prevent delays.

Refund & Cancellation
As all items are made to order and many of them are personalized, we are unable to offer refunds on orders.
We understand that there may be rare cases where our customer may request a refund due to orders may be received broken . In such cases, please contact us at mailkeepsakes@gmail.com and provide a photo showing the issue where possible. We review your refund request and while we cannot consider refunding orders, we will consider issuing a remake at no extra charge.
